We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect user information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
ZONEX RE PLATFORM uses data to create and manage accounts, publish property listings, display direct contact options, deliver notifications, improve search quality, protect the platform from abuse, maintain service performance and security, and understand aggregated site usage when analytics consent has been granted.
We collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, profile details, listing content, uploaded images, direct-contact details, support messages, device and browser information, and technical usage data required to operate the platform securely and effectively. If you accept analytics, we may also collect page-view and interaction data through Google Analytics 4.

ZONEX RE PLATFORM uses Supabase services for authentication, database storage, and file storage. We also use browser technologies such as cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage to keep you signed in, remember interface choices, protect forms, and preserve temporary drafts or preferences on your device.
We do not sell personal information. Listing-related contact information may be displayed to enable direct communication between buyers, renters, and sellers. We may share limited data with infrastructure and analytics providers such as Supabase and Google Analytics 4 only to deliver the service, and only where analytics consent has been provided when required. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to enforce platform rules.
The mobile app stores account details, listing photos/videos, property addresses and map pins, saved searches, enquiries and replies, and publication/renewal history when vouchers or credits are used. Published listing content is public; enquiry messages are shared with participants. Location permission is requested for location features. If notifications are enabled, we store a device push token, platform and language; Expo and Apple process tokens and notification content for delivery. Supabase provides authentication and storage; Apple provides the iOS map. The app sends first-party interaction and crash records to our backend, linked to your account when signed in, and retains these records for 90 days. Mobile telemetry is separate from optional website Google Analytics. The app stores sessions securely and caches preferences and recently loaded content on your device. You can manage notifications in Settings and delete your account from Edit profile or Settings. For data requests, contact zonex.re.platform@gmail.com.
You may update your profile information, manage listings, and choose whether optional analytics is enabled through the cookie banner or cookie policy page. You may also request account closure in accordance with platform rules and applicable law. Some records may be retained for operational, legal, anti-fraud, or audit purposes.
